Shipping times displayed on our site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other operational issues.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or, where required by applicable law, upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered by the customer.
